This Refund & Credit Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds and/or service credits are issued to clients of Mappen, a job portal offering background verification ("BGV") and AI interview services.
Important: By purchasing any service on the Mappen platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.
Credit-First Approach: Mappen follows a "Credit-First" resolution approach. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy, all eligible refunds shall be issued in the form of Mappen Credits.
This approach ensures faster processing times and provides flexibility for future service usage while maintaining operational efficiency.
Mappen Credits will be issued in the following cases:
Processing Time: Credits are typically issued within 2 business days and reflected in your account wallet immediately.
A monetary refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Note: Monetary refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds (monetary or credits) will be provided in the following scenarios:
Required Information: Transaction ID, Purchase Date, Service Details, Reason for Refund Request
Fast Track: Credit requests are processed faster than monetary refunds for quicker resolution.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
This ensures consistent legal framework and accessible dispute resolution for all parties involved.
